Meal planning is one of the most effective ways to ensure that you stay on course with your nutritional goals. It will also help you save money and reduce stress: no more last-minute frenzy over what to cook for dinner, or overpriced impulse purchases at the grocery store. If you’re entirely new to meal planning, don’t try to plan out every single meal and snack for the week. Start small: plan for three or four dinners a week, and grow from there.
